Artists in Our Midst Event
Thank you to the 100 artists who created original art panels for this event. The Port Washington Saukville Arts Council is a non profit, and we are working to share artistic engagement through community involvement. The outreach to the community and new connections we make are incredibly valued by our organization. Donating artwork to raise funds for events, workshops and programming through the gallery and studio supports our groups and local community. The Artists in Our Midst event also weaves in artists who have participated in our ARTservancy, our artist in residence program, which connects with our land partners. The partnerships developed with our land partners has grown into a valued connection to the outdoors and meaningful response to conservation. Art and meaning, thank you for helping make the connection!
Artists in Our Midst is an opportunity for the public to learn more about Gallery 224 and the talented artists in our community. It is an opportunity for Gallery 224 to generate financial support for continued community programming including free workshops, artist receptions, community groups, community programs and partnerships with land concervancies.

We believe one of our greatest resources is our art community, which brings people together across different backgrounds and strengthens community cohesion. It helps communities express cultural heritage and traditions while fostering a sense of pride and belonging.
Tickets for the event are $100 each, which will allow the ticket holder to select one 6" x 6" piece of art created by our talented artists. One companion ticket is also available for each ticket for $50. The 2nd guest will not receive an art piece but will be treated to a lovely event with hors d'oeuvres, cocktails, live music and a live auction as well as wonderful conversation.
